At Healing Harbor Psychotherapy, we believe that everyone has the ability to live a fulfilling life, free from emotional pain. EMDR is an evidenced based treatment which stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. EMDR is a powerful tool that can help clients work through past trauma and overcome negative beliefs and emotions that are holding them back.

At Healing Harbor Psychotherapy, we specialize in Internal Family Systems therapy, which focuses on helping individuals navigate their own internal landscape of thoughts, feelings, and experiences. By working directly with this inner world, the client and we can help resolve conflicts, reduce anxiety and depression, and improve relationships with others.
